ganache (5903) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 23, 2012
Bottle by 13.2.13. Nose has some faint caramel and roast, sweet. Pours a deep dark mahogany with a foamy tan head. Taste is very sweet and lightly tart, fainter bitterness that picks up with time, nutty with roast and light chocolate. Light/watery body and sugary cling on the teeth, find the extreme sweetness and sourness hard to reconcile.
