oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAY 22, 2007
Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is malts, some alcohol and nice grassyness. Flavourwise it’s quite the same, which makes a very drinkable bockbier.

Koelschtrinker (20585) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JAN 15, 2015
Heller, herb malziger Antrunk. Dabei ist der Alkoholgehalt erkennbar aber nicht störend. Im Mittelteil herber, weiter hell malzig, würzig, rund. Spritzig. 11/10/11/10/8/10

harrisoni (18801) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2017 Bottle at bottle share Bad Staffelstein. Clear gold colour lasting white head. ok aroma. Some decent hop. A little sugary. Like a strong lager. Abb shows through. But a clean heller bock. Great hops on the finish. Quite bitter.

Oakes (17815) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 6, 2011
Pale with a thick head. The aroma is somewhat bready. Firm and dry with some vaguely doughy pale malt character. Good bock.

TBone (17676) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 20, 2007
Bottled, Privatbrauerei Schuhmann Bischberg Sonnen Bock, alc. 6.8 %
Golden color, steady white head. Nicely hoppy, grassy aroma. Sweetish, malty, some grassy hops. Quite tasty. Grassy, bitterish finish. After sampling some 15 German bocks in two days, this one is quite good one among them. Very balanced.

FatPhil (16345) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUN 10, 2007
Bottle (Helsinki Beer Festival 2007, Helsinki). Unsophisticated sticky rubbish which doesn’t hide the alcohol. Yuk. Didn’t want a second sip. (Given that I normally agree with oh6gdx and tbone_, I can only assume I had a duff bottle.)

3.9
Dedollewaitor (16174) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 24, 2016
Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours golden with a creamy stable white head. Fresh baked bread, straw, grass, baguette and a Whisper of alcohol. Quality malty. Full bodied. Bitter finish. Very Nice!
