COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopfen: Fuggle Malz: Pilsener, Karamell-, Wiener, Röstmalz Clan is brewed in a special mashing process to create a subtly sweet, malty and caramel-like aroma that is perfectly complemented by the hops. The bitter note can be described as subtle. For Clan, three hop additions of 100 percent English nobel hop Fuggles are used.

Nice little bottle with a lot of information here, perfect. Cloudy red brown beer with very nice light brown head, smell is malty and caramel, taste is caramel, overripe fruits, long finish, good beer, (I have 0.355l bottle with best-before 24.03.2018 and batch L2403D30539)

Bottle. Pours a dark mahogany brown with a good, beige head. Aroma is caramel, small liquorice, slight smoke. Taste is caramel, slight smoke, hints of peat. Fairly nice though simplistic.

Clear reddish brown colour, dissipating cream head. Malty aroma, caramel. Sweet flavour. Sweet finish caramel. Too sweet for me, I’m afraid.

hauxe (894) - Butzbach, Hesse, GERMANY - APR 28, 2017
Pours brown from the bottle and leaves a finger-thick, creamy head. The aroma is toffee, caramel. Taste is mildly sweet with light sour, fruity notes. A deliciously smooth, rich, creamy palate enlivens what otherwise might be a rather mundane experience. Overall quite good.

metalspice (1048) - Jevnaker, NORWAY - MAR 4, 2017
Kastanjebrunt nesten uten skum. Masse karamell i duften sammen med kaffe, sjokolade og et lett røykpreg. Kaffe i smaken som følges opp av en seig sjokoladekaramell. Relativt søt avslutning. Litt tynn med behagelig karbonisering.
