COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopfen: Magnum, Saphir Malz: Mnchner, Karamell-, Rstmalz Darkon is inspired by traditional recipes. Nothing but dark malts, are used to create the characteristically mild roasted aromas of bitter chocolate and toffee. Darkon besinnt sich auf die traditionelle Herstellung der Schwarzbiere und wird ausschlielich mit dunklen Malzen gebraut. Fr milde Rstaromen wird ein Teil des Malzes im Trommelrstverfahren hergestellt.

Fast ausschlielich getragen von Rst und leichten Kaffeearomen und Flavours, kommt dieser Blacky zu keinem Zeitpunkt ber das Mittelma hinaus. Die Optik einen Tick zu muddy, das Aroma nur ein Hauch und der Trunk dezent suerlich. Ganz hinten im Background vermutet man auch ein paar Rotfruchtnuancen und findet, wenn man genau hinschmeckt, auch A Touch Of Hopbitterness. Bomber aus dem Khler, bei MARTINS WEINDEPOT KIEL. Unter 5!?

65 cl bottle @ sebar. Dark brown color, big brownish creamy head.
Thick toasted malts, light hops profile, some caramel and ashes.
Mild sweetish but mostly bitter, light sourish taste dusty texture dry finish. Noticeable alcohol, some chocolate in the finnish. Resembles a stout, quite good.
