COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopfen: Hallertauer Mittelfrh, Citra, Magnum Malz: Pilsener, Wiener, Karamellmalz With Progusta, the types of hops used come to the fore, and harmonize perfectly with the bitter note. The hoppy aroma can be attributed to the American Citra and German Hallertauer Mittelfrh varieties, which complement each other beautifully. The sweetness remaining after fermentation forms a nice interplay with the bitter note.

On tap at Crocodile. Clear, dark amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny aroma of mango, orange jam and pine. Rather sweet, quite malty, moderately fruity and fairly resiny taste of caramel, honey, mango, orange jam and pine, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, resiny and dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

On tap at Yard House. The hop flavours arent as strong as with a US style and there is a bit more earthy spice, pretty good job.

Draft at yard house - murky amber, frothy ivory head. Aroma is rich resin, grapefruit, traces of cocoa powder. Medium bodied creaminess, beautiful medley of ctrus, apple and pine.... very well balanced. I love a strong European IPA....not over the top with pine or citrus.

Sample pour at the yard house. Pours out a darker amberish color with a small off white head. Aroma is of some pine, caramel malt, light citrus zest but more bread. Taste is caramel. Malt, bread, some floral and lightly grassy hops with a touch of citrus, but overall Im looking for some more hops.

Draft 10 oz pour at Yard House. Clean golden copper pour with a fizz head. Floral, fruity hop aroma. Flavor is a thicker cream body, floral notes, sweet side malt, some wax, and an orange fruit bitter finish. A tasty IPA overall.

Bottle 33cl. Amber/orange with a beige foamy head. Citrus, pine and malty aroma. Subtle, but present. Nice mild taste of the aroma hops, and then after 5-10 seconds, the bitterness sets in. This is not an over-the-top IPA, but an easy to drink one. Medium length.
