COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopfen: Hallertauer Mittelfrh, Citra, Magnum Malz: Pilsener, Wiener, Karamellmalz With Progusta, the types of hops used come to the fore, and harmonize perfectly with the bitter note. The hoppy aroma can be attributed to the American Citra and German Hallertauer Mittelfrh varieties, which complement each other beautifully. The sweetness remaining after fermentation forms a nice interplay with the bitter note.

Draft at Das Alte Rathaus, Leipzig, Germany. Cloudy deep amber color with a foamy medium-size light tan head. Sweet darkish fruity and citrusy hops, mild bitterness, sugary sweetness and caramel malt in the aroma. The flavor is darkish fruity hops, sweetness, moderate bitterness and dry malt. UPDATED: MAR 28, 2017 On tap. 500 ml. Honey amber pour. 2 finger off-white head. Aroma: sweet nectar, candy malts, raspberry compote; mango. Flavour is apricot, ascorbic acid, lollipop, subtle fruity hops, marmelade. If that keg was okay, then this IPA is a "harmless", mild pale ale. Good abv.

At BKL - Solid IPA but nothing exceptional. Was one of the last I had so maybe I was not capable anymore to judge properly...

Draft pint in the Long Beach Yard House on 7th Feb 2017. Mid-amber pour, off-white crown. Decent balance with a hidden sweetness under the hop lead and finish: some piney hops aromas and flavourings, citrus notes blend in from the Citra hops too. Liked it.

On tap at Crocodile. Clear, dark amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny aroma of mango, orange jam and pine. Rather sweet, quite malty, moderately fruity and fairly resiny taste of caramel, honey, mango, orange jam and pine, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, resiny and dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

On tap at Yard House. The hop flavours arent as strong as with a US style and there is a bit more earthy spice, pretty good job.
