cloudy brownish beige beer, small very dense creamy head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: caramel, banana, very yeasty, wort, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: some caramel, bit of citrus, bready, malts, grains. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, grassy herbal hops, touch of banana.
0.5L draught. I seem to remember that it used to be better...not an impressive beer from brauhaus, it looks awesome but doesn’t deliver the complexity or richness that I like in a dunkelweizen, disappointing palate, as well. They have better stuff, for sure. mcdav2154 (448) - GERMANY - OCT 19, 2009
Darker brown body with some red tint and a thick tan head. Smell is of malt and some coffee. Taste was the same. Pretty good beer and definately the best of this brewery. ekstedt (7013) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 24, 2007
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy brownish amber with a small creamy beige head. Fruity, roasted, and slightly nutty aroma. Medium bodied and very smooth. Nicely balanced with a soft bitterness. A bit metallic.
