Bottled. Amber coloured. HAzy. Dense beige head. Herbal, fruitsy and sweet aroma. Flavour as well has some spicy and herby notes. Light citrus and fruits. Medium bodied. Quite clean and smooth. Is light bitter in the end. pivnizub (10612) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - AUG 11, 2007
Bottle (bought at the brewery): Clear, amber coloured, small and quite firm off-white head, robust nutty, dark-malty aroma with traces of toasted malt, underpinned by spicy hops; solid bitter sweet flavour, low carbonation; lingering bitter and also sweet-malty finish with a fruitiness from dark berries and a tinge of spicy hops in the aftertaste. Delicious stuff.......... Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 17, 2011
It’s bronze with a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, metal, straw and candy-sugar. The flavour is light to moderately sweet with notes of malt, metal, straw, candy-sugar, and the finish is dry. It feels oxidated. MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 7, 2007

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Not very zippy, but a nice head. Starts malty, becomes more and more sourish, also quite grasy-flowery. Very interesting and very drinkable. Well balanced finish. Good beer! thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 27, 2010
Bottle from Bierboutique Ölwechsel, Frankfurt. Clear amber-copper with a medium creamy head. Malty caramel aroma and flavours, somewhat on the sweet side. Some herbal hoppiness. A good enough session beer.
