Mildwürzig mit einer leichten Getreidigkeit und ein wenig Malz und Blättrigkeit im Hintergrund. Stellenweise frisch und knackig. Nicht schlecht.

Bottle from Getränke Kistner in Forchheim. The beer pours out in a hazy golden-amber colour with steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and wheat. Taste of mild hops, bread, wheat, nuts, straw, mild fruits and leaves. Mild and refreshing finish with a medium carbonation. Enjoyed it.

pivnizub (10451) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 4, 2014
Bügelverschlußflaše: Mahagony-amber coloured, medium-sized and stable creamy off-white head; sweetish fruity-grainy nose; light bodied, mainly sweetish flavour with a slight bitterness; a bit hoppier in the all-in-all fruity-grainy finish. No glory, pretty disappointing by franconian standards…

(swing top bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Doughy malty aroma with a shy nutty touch, hints of caramel and a whiff of barnyard. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Nutty malt character with a touch of caramel and slightly chalky accents; sweet, slightly bitter and barnyardy finish with notes of caramel and a tinge of metal. Very decent. 28.VI.14

TAR (2729) - Marshall (Asheville area), North Carolina, USA - APR 18, 2013
Bottle, best by March 2013, consumed in Nov. 2013: Speckled deep yellow. Wispy head. DMS-laden nose, with a cidery sharpness and a hint of apple juice. Scant carbonation. Flabby body. Curiously flabby, upfront, with a rotting apple-juice dullness. DMS-heavy, with papery, lifeless, indistinct malt which calls to mind old, wet hay. Absolutely zero brightness to speak of. Nauseatingly sweet and dirty. Earthy hop bitterness scarcely exudes. Finishes overwhelmingly apple-heavy and unpolished. A real head-scratcher is this! Shockingly dirty, sugary, and seemingly industrial rendition.

3fourths (9299) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JAN 27, 2013
bottle, best by date march 2013, had in november 2012. hazy amber body with a small white head, quickly diminishing with little lacing. starchy corn, grain and toffee malt nose, very stale and oxidized. flabby and lifeless with the flavor of almost-turned apple juice. low acid, low carbonation, flabby and flat. gross.
