Clear light orange beer, aery off-white to yellowish head with some dirt on it, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: pretty sweet, grains, little spicy, bit fruity. MF: soft to no carbon, light to medium body. Taste: sweet grains, some marzipan, dough, little herbal bitterness. Aftertaste: sweet, bit fruity, bitter but not a lot.
Bottle. Very light sour straw aroma. Hazy dark golden, low head. Medium body. Sugary malt base, light herbal hops, somewhat weak on the finish. I see what they did here, but it doesn’t come together for me. MoritzF (10018) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAY 31, 2012
(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy layer. Buttery malty aroma with woody and slightly herbal hops. Moderately sweet and mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a very soft, almost a bit flat carbonation. Buttery malt-character with a mildly woody and herbal hoppy touch, getting slightly stronger towards the sweet-bitter finish. A bit flat on carbon, otherwise a nice Pilsner in the Bohemian way. 12.V.12 pivnizub (10728) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 21, 2012
Bügelverschlußflasche:Deep golden, quickly collapsing loose off-white head, bready-woody nose with a "bohemian" touch; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering bitter-woody finish. O.K., nice brew... Quack-Duck (9487) - Down South, GERMANY - MAY 14, 2012
bottle from pivnizub - danke! Slightly hazy pale golden yellow, small white head. Light-bodied, grainy malt flavours with grassy hops and low carbonation. Good!

Bottle at home. It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and both aroma and the slightly sweet flavour with the dry end has the same notes of malt, straw and bread. shrubber85 (11506) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 5, 2011
Swing-top bottle. Sweet, lightly buttery malt and green hay aroma. Clear golden yellow color with moderate head that quickly disappates. Sweet barley malt and mildly bitter herbal hops flavor. Medium body. Bitter aftertaste. Nice overall. dwyerpg (6286) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - SEP 22, 2010
Three for three with these beers. A fairly rich malty aroma. Orange in color. Nice and crisp with a slight dry finish. Even had this fairly warm. Brewer was nice enough to spend 30 min. showing me his tiny shop on a rainy day in Rothenburg. (hard to find)
