Cloudy murky beige beer, big creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: quite some banana, very fruity, plums and dried fruits. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, some citrus, little sour, wheat, bit peppery, spices. Aftertaste: bit metallic, some green banana, hint of caramel sweetness, fruity, touch of bubble gum.
Bottle. Cloudy orange golden, golden creamy head. Fresh banana and spicy grain aroma. Fullbodied, chewy. Fairly peppery rough grainy base, reminiscent of speciality grain wheatbeers, berry and apple fruityness, minerally dryness. Unusual and interesting wheat beer. (swing top bottle) Cloudy, golden to light-amber colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Yeasty, banana-fruity and wheat-malty aroma with hints of vanilla and a tinge of cloves. Mildly sweet and bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Initially yeasty and slightly sour wheaty taste with moderately fruity notes of (green) bananas; mildly sour and slightly fruity finish with a bitter-tart and clove-spicy touch. A likeable and well-crafted Weissbier. 07.V.12 Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - MAY 15, 2012

Roma in Rothenburg. Haze amber yellow. Medium White foam. Low carbonation. Fruit flavours. Slight sour. Need more carbonation.
Bottle at home. It’s unclear, dark-golden with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma has notes of banana, wheat and light yeast. The flavour is sweet with notes of banana, banana peal, light yeast and wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy. It’s a rather mild weissbier. shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 4, 2011
Swing-top bottle. Extremely strong vanilla, banana, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy amber color with large off white head. Slightly sweet banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very good - flavor not quite as strong as the aroma would indicate. dwyerpg (6410) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - SEP 22, 2010
A milky banana aroma. This is tasty also. A bit of dryness that tempers the wheat throughout. Heavier than the average German hefe, but quite tasty still. Interesting note from the brewer: As he couldn’t afford a bottler capper, he personally places the swing tops on each and every bottle, doing approximately 1000+ per hour!
