COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp and refreshing, Moe is the perfect acquaintance for a lazy summer day, be it at the beach, down by the river or simply in your own backyard. Of course, Moe’s relaxed nature hasn’t dented our love for hops, with a zesty mix of New Zealand Motueka, U.S. Mosaic and German Perle ensuring that your palate won’t doze off in the summer sun. Lighter malts and a renowned English yeast round out this easy-drinking beauty. Neither filtered nor pasteurized, we’ve done our best to ensure that that all the flavors from the brew kettle find their way into your glass.

Fläschle (vom Bodensee!): Pale golden, hazy to cloudy, big and slowly collapsing loose off-white head with a little lace; moderate dry lemony to piney hoppy nose; moderate to solid dry -as well - bitter flavour with a little, hardly detectable sweetness, light to medium bodied, quite soft, even though bone dry; lingering - You guessed it - bone-dry finish with lemony and piney hops in the aftertaste. A well crafted summer sip...

Not fond of the "hay" note of the Motueka hop. Very cloudy so not nice looking in the glass.

lupuLust (342) - Franke(n) im Breisgau, GERMANY - JUL 20, 2017
Several bottles since 2016 - Hazy with big head and the irresistible Mo(e)tueka hop aroma! Braukollektiv dankness, green, grassy notes on earthy and citrus aroma. Clean, crisp palate. Peach (peel) and Mo(e)saic grass. A dry thirst quencher with lovely hops on thin malt body

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with loads of citrus, grapefruit, sweaty notes and yeasty spice. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Dry malty and slightly wheaty base with mainly citric hops; lingering moderately bitter hoppy finish with lasting citric notes. Good and refreshing. 12.VII.17

Bottle, thnx to bartlebier. Pours a clear golden beer with a big white head on top. Aroma of fresh citrus, grassy and leavy hops, some piney notes and citrus zest. Flavor is medium bitter, loads of grapefruit but also sweeter, tropical fruits like mango are present. Nice and fruity, long bittersweet aftertaste and high in carbo. Nice one.

Pours hazy yellow with little unstable head. A grassy aroma with some limes. A sweet, souring taste with a medium bitter finish. Not worth much attention, but still a decent drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
