UPDATED: JUL 7, 2016 I love The Braukunstkeller and in my opinion their beers are underrated. Since it is not up to me to balance that I just fairly rate this strong IPA. Not too much to say about the appearance. The aroma and the flavour are what they supposed to be in a good beer and the citrus and orange create a good harmony. Like many other beers from Bierkunstkeller, it is the palate that does the trick for me. Full body, creamy maybe oily texture with a enjoyable bitter finish that holds. Nice price-quality rate (that is if you live in Germany) ZodiacM (1280) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 7, 2016
Bottle bb 15-2-16. A bit of an old IPA, so less taste of fruit. A bit sweet bitter, still aroma and taste of hop and fruit (mango & oranges). Not bad, but I guess it tasted better 9 months ago. daniele (9660) - ITALY - MAR 15, 2016

Bottle. Pours is orange with thick off-white head. Aroma of resin, pine, tangerine, hint of peach, very inviting. Taste is light to moderate sweet, moderate bitter, lot of pine on tongue. Medium to heavy body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, long bitter finish. Amazing, very well ballanced.

0,33l fles gedeeld op de berg op bierweekend. Fantastische combinatie van tropisch fruit en bitterheid. Echt een heel goede ipa Kampfar (285) - Osnabrück, GERMANY - FEB 17, 2016
From 0.33L bottle. Pours amber colored & murky with a huge off-white head. Heavy hoppy aroma, flowers, citrus fruits, lemon and strong pineapple aroma. Great aroma where you continually want to take a nose! The profile of the aroma leads directly to the taste, which is very similar but well balanced with the malty base. Medium bitter initial taste with all the hoppy flavor right from the beginning. Long and heavy bitter finish. Good mouthfeel, medium body with lively carbonation and an average to slightly dry texture. I really like it. Mortlach (2510) - Rome, ITALY - FEB 8, 2016
On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Pours amber with a medium to light white head. Aroma is hoppy, resin, pine, light grapefruit notes, malt. Flavour is balanced, medium malt profile with a decent bitter end. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Nothing special. Maakun (6434) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JAN 19, 2016
Bottle at home. Slight hazy amber colored with big creamy colored head that leaves lots of lacing and little islands. Looks nice. Marmalade, toffee, dried apricots, orange juice, mango, light soap. Lots of fruity hops basically. Quite malty underneath with caramel and sticky beet sugar syrup. Over medium sweet with a nice balanced bitter finish. Over medium bodied with a bit syrupy feel. Really nice. greks (396) - GERMANY - JAN 13, 2016
