On tap at Braustelle, Köln, 10.10.17 Cloudy blond with a white head. Malty aroma, some limestone, hoppy, fruity taste and a little dry. Medium body, fizzy, long and fruity finish and lively carbonation.

Hazy pale blond appearance. Flavour is lightly hoppy and has a touch of citrusy bitterness.

Festival der Bierkulturen 2017 #11. Riecht nach unvergorener Maische, schmeckt dann süßlich, getreidig.

kermis (14553) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 27, 2017
Draft at Braustelle. Very very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, langoustine, floral notes, hay, light fruits, dough and light citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light to light moderate sweet. Above light bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty weird Kolsch.

Zlotta (3814) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - APR 5, 2017
0.33 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before April 2017. Hazy, straw yellow with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity and a bit grassy aroma of straw, citrus, pear and a touch of honey. Sweetish, fruity-grassy taste of lemon, pineapple, pear, straw and hints of grains, followed by a short, medium bitter, grassy, chalky and slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle. Hazy yellow. Yeasty and fruity. Finish is very hoppy and bitter for a Kölsch. This was my first Wieß and I quite liked it.

Ritzn (1808) - GERMANY - OCT 10, 2016
Hazy yellow with medium white head. Aroma is peach citrus, wheat, flour. Taste is fruity sour and fruity sweet with some chocolate coming through. Finish is tart fruityness. Very nice small bubbled mouthfeel. Easy to drink while tickling a little. Full bodied. This one did everything right!
