Can at BrewMaster’s Craft Beer Festival. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is raisin, caramel, toasted malt. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, light finish, good. ryanscourt (1531) - Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 10, 2016
ACtually a pretty nic brown ale, while many fall falt this has nice silky body with a nice malt blll. Body is still pretty light, nice in a can. Delirium (670) - Falmouth, Cornwall, ENGLAND - MAR 16, 2016
UPDATED: MAR 18, 2016 Pours amber. Nutty and slightly metallic aroma. Light mouthfeel. Flavor is nutty and bready, a hint of sweetness and a somewhat bitter finish. Pretty decent brown ale. Goes best with food imo, otherwise the bitter finish combined with the light mouthfeel gives a slightly harsh edge. kevinator (2718) - The Colony, Texas, USA - MAY 29, 2015
Good first impression. Faint malty aroma with a hint of nuttiness. Flavors were the same. Pleasant dark brown sugar color with an average weight. Dogbrick (13766) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 6, 2014
Sample at Mongoose vs Cobra. Slightly cloudy brown color with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Malty aroma with chocolate and caramel notes. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt, chocolate and mild roast coffee. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Thin on the tongue but a good brown. Thin fading head. Nice malt flavor. Balanced but brown flavors. Enjoyable.

Aroma is malt forward with notes of coffee. An opaque dark brown pour with a thin, mostly lasting tan head and abundant lacing. The taste is on the sweet side of the scale slightly. Toasted malts, bread and a nice bitter finish. Overall, a brown with some taste. Enjoyable.
