On draught at Breakside’s new Milwaukee Taproom. One of my favorite beers, with an amazing sour cherry taste deepened with the rye.
"Dry roast and yeast dominated, with a little chocolate and coffee in the nose and flavor. A little thin on the body, but not overly so. Overall a decent stout.........."

On tap at The Commons, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of rye and toasted bread mostly. Flavour is quite sour for a stout, with soured dark fruits, some moderate acidity and moderate tartness. Interesting, a Belgian rye stout, IIRC I have never had a rye stout. Aroma is too restrained, but has some good rye bread and cherry notes. I tasted no Brettanomyces in the flavour, but got more cherries, more rye and a good malt backbone. Roast-y finish
