COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Bottle to IPA glass Consummation: Mango and grapefruit rind...hella fruity Adjunct: Tons of bitterness and that shit lasts; this is what Apex or Horse Brass smell like, just a cloud of C-hoppiness, slightly hazy amber with tons of effervescence; I can see why this is consistently rated high. Me like.

Bottle, shared with Grippitis, Parksy, and PQ. Medium orange-gold, a bit hazy, lasting white head. Big tropical fruit hop character, really fresh, with piney undertones. Same on the palate-- mango skin, grapefruit, pine-- with crackery malts and a long bitter finish. Yum.

PhillyCraft (6301) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 7, 2016
Draft at FreshCraft, Brownish orange color with small to medium head. Notes are ultra bitter and ashy with some wood, coffee, pine, and other florals. Didnt like profile on this, needed more cleanliness and citrus.

650ml bottle. (6.4% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy copper with a huge, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Sweet aroma of tropical fruit, stone fruit, grapefruit, caramel malt and pine needles. Sweet fruity flavour of peach, apricot, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, orange, caramel malt and pine needles with a dry, bitter, resiny hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Excellent. A very aggressive IPA.

Tap @ Bde &. Unclear dark orange body with a small. Lacing off-white head. Aroma has mild malt and medium citric fruity with some pine. Quite smooth malty flavor, some citric fruit and decent bitterness. Dont know if this one is a bit old, but the flavor seems to be more malt based than hop driven, still not a bad beer. Smooth malt flavor and quite balanced even with not so much bitterness. Fine body and smooth aftertaste. Good choice with my dinner.

Bomber bought at Safeway in Seaside, OR. Aroma is lemon, apricot, SweeTarts, floral, light onion. Pours hazy orange with a lacy off-white head with good retention. Low bitterness backed by candy sweetness with a peachy hop profile. Solid with no flaws.

after4ever (7652) - Brier, Washington, USA - MAR 21, 2016
Draft at The Schooner, Netarts. Pours a cloudy medium yellow with a dense and creamy off-white head. Big bright tangy nose, lots of orange and grapefruit and a hint of tropical fruit. Creamy medium body, getting to the thick side. Lively carb. Lightly toasted caramel on the mid palate under tons of steady pleasant citrus and a bit of tropical fruit. Refreshing finish. Nice one.

UXO (1589) - CANADA - MAR 14, 2016
Appearance: hazy amber with two fat fingers of rocky ivory head, excellent retention and lacing. (5/5) Aroma: citrus, pine, pale malt, tropical fruit. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (8/10) Palate: medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry finish. (4/5) Well balanced A/IPA with bright citrusy and piney hops, and just enough pale malt to support, without any suggestion of malt forwardness. Solid and pleasant. (16/20)
