COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

From the bottle, and from the tap. Tap experience is always better, the perpetual freshness of the brew is evident in the keg, packs a nice mango flavor with some citrus notes immediately after, has a nice hoppy finish, a go to IPA for sure. Breakside bring on the Double-IPAS!! From the bottle the whole body of the IPA seems a wee bit heavier, I think I may be getting sourced some older bottles of the beer.

650ml bomber. Beautiful golden straw color. Small head with light lacing. The aromas are all tropical fruit, pineapple, guava, some light grapefruit and pith, almost a lemon peel thing, its beautiful. The hop oil aromas are fantastic. Palate is very well balanced with more fruit character and beautiful hop bitterness. This beer definitely stands up to all the hype. Its extremely well made. This is one of my favorite IPAs

Draught at Two Dogs. Nice amber with big head. Citrus hop aroma, incredibly original. Flavour is fantastically bitter, lots of hops and citrus. Avoids the caramel and malts of other IPAs. Psyched to taste this one!

Contraband provided by Dallas. Tangerine, herbal hop aroma. Fruity hop flavor: tangerine, grapefruit, nectarine. Substantial but nice bitterness. Subtle malt flavor: biscuit, sweet.

Nose is grassy, pineapple. Flavor is same plus some dank, pine, grapefruit rind, toasted grain, simplistic crystal malt sweetness. If the malt side had a little more depth and slightly less sweetness this would be my perfect nw ipa.

Smooth sweet aromas. Pearescent golden with thin patch head. A perfume hop start turns earthy. Leaves a bitter behind.

(En ft la source et partout travers Portland): Chlorophylle, tangerines, minraux, corps svelte et collant, la Russian River, mais galement trs juteux. Superbe et une des plus solide IPA disponible localement.

Bottled. 15cl sample. Thanks Noize. The aroma is a nice mixture of tropical fruits and unions with some toffee malts. Clear, amber coloured beer with a lasting, medium, off-white head. The taste is moderate bitter, has the tropical hop fruit explosion from the aroma together with some pine and caramel malts. Medium dry. Goes down easy even for the relative high abv.
