COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Had this tonight at the 10 Barrel Boise IPA Beer Wars and it was certainly in my top 3 of the 16 IPAs on tap tonight. Orange brew with a nice hop haze... great head and lacing. Tropical fruity hoppiness punctuated by a big grapefruit zest essence... very balanced light pale malt presence. Very drinkable with a light body and good carbonation... seems pretty damn fresh.

On tap at the Pour Taproom in Greenville, SC. Pours with a clear, light golden body topped by a good off-white head that has very good retention. Feel: medium-light body with soft, medium carbonation. A tiny bit rough. Aroma: fruity and dank hops; tropical fruits. Flavor: Dank and fruity with hints of citrus, pineapple and guava. Overall: an fine IPA but a touch inferior to the less dank Dayslayer (Stone/Maine) that preceded it.

Cozy Inn, Kenmore. Good foam, dark gold, lightest haze. Gorgeous deep PNW pine hop IPA. Touch of resin and sweat. Rich, delicious, smooth body. Quintessential modern nw IPA. Balance of sorts. Delicious.

Bomber on the north shore. Orange golden, big hit of tropical fruit hops. Sticky and resinous hops, fruity and slightly piney. Very good

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a pretty clear copper color with an amber hue and a large, creamy off-white head with good retention, and great cling and lacing. Its aroma featured strong pine and citrus hops, along with some spices and grass. The taste was quite good, and featured a delicious blend of citrus and pine bitterness. It had a very lively and fizzy mouthfeel with high carbonation and a bubbly feel throughout.

Visual: Pours almost opaque dull orange-light copper brown without a significant head, thin ringed retention with a holey island, a bit of fine lacing, steady spread out singular streams.

Nose: clean resiny tangerine citrus hopped malt. (lvl-5)-pungency

Attack: very crisp bite, subtle incoming bitterness

Mid-palate: light tingly, crystal clean soft bright tangerine, (lvl-5-sweetness), toffee barley malt, dry-pine overtones

Finish: resiny soft bitter hops, long residual pine-grassy hopped bitterness, subtle citrus exhale

Summary: A pretty well-rounded IPA with alternating citrus-grassy pine reverberations from start to finish. A tad too dry and grassy for my liking; I prefer more citrusy notes.

On tap at Nanas Irish Pub. A great well made example of the style, plenty of pine and citrus but not a hop slap, loved it.

On Tap at Good Beer, NYC. 13.5.16. Clear amber with a white head. A little onion and pine in the nose, with plenty of tropical fruit, especially papaya. Bitter taste, light onion, young grapefruit. Medium body, bitter, dry and fizzy.

Clear deep gold. Super dank nose with loads of pine, dank hops. Malty, but very balanced with plenty of hop bitterness. This beer is loaded. Would have sworn it was a DIPA. Great stuff.
