Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Had this tonight at the 10 Barrel Boise IPA Beer Wars and it was certainly in my top 3 of the 16 IPAs on tap tonight. Orange brew with a nice hop haze... great head and lacing. Tropical fruity hoppiness punctuated by a big grapefruit zest essence... very balanced light pale malt presence. Very drinkable with a light body and good carbonation... seems pretty damn fresh.

On tap at Nanas Irish Pub. A great well made example of the style, plenty of pine and citrus but not a hop slap, loved it.

On Tap at Good Beer, NYC. 13.5.16. Clear amber with a white head. A little onion and pine in the nose, with plenty of tropical fruit, especially papaya. Bitter taste, light onion, young grapefruit. Medium body, bitter, dry and fizzy.

Clear deep gold. Super dank nose with loads of pine, dank hops. Malty, but very balanced with plenty of hop bitterness. This beer is loaded. Would have sworn it was a DIPA. Great stuff.

Bottled. 15cl sample. Thanks Noize. The aroma is a nice mixture of tropical fruits and unions with some toffee malts. Clear, amber coloured beer with a lasting, medium, off-white head. The taste is moderate bitter, has the tropical hop fruit explosion from the aroma together with some pine and caramel malts. Medium dry. Goes down easy even for the relative high abv.

Clear orange gold pour, few fingers of semi-sticky off-white head, leaves behind a bit of lacing. Tropical fruit aroma, orange, mango, grapefruit and pine. Taste goes from orange rind to a strong bitter finish. medium to lighter body. Slight onion note in the finish.

Bottle from Whole Foods. Hazy orange gold with lasting head and a little lace. Orange grapefruit aroma with a touch of honey. Bready orangy toffee malt sweetness with some cereal graininess and medium bitter finish with citrus and lingering pine. Medium body lively fine carbo accentuates hops. Definitely a classic rendition of a classic style. Just what it should be. Nothing outrageous but nailed the balance and flavors of the classic American IPA.
