0-12% depending on the batch. Never had old woody, but methinks it’s either not very assertive, or the force is strong with these barrels. Not unpleasant in the slightest (I love Heaven hill) but there’s more bourbon and oak than beer in this beer. Very nice, if one dimensional pdx77 (1483) - Oregon, USA - APR 5, 2014
On draught at Breakside Taproom & Brewery. Dark copperish amber color, with clingy head. Aroma is foremost bourbon, with an underbelly of banana flambé and caramel malt. Taste is caramel, banana, bourbon, roasted malt, and cola. The aging is very smooth, and the bourbon is not overwhelming in the finish. Rating number 1000! douglas88 (9180) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JAN 31, 2014
Bomber. Pours a reddish copper color with a small white head. A huge bourbon nose. The aroma is more bourbon, heat, toffee, fruity, vanilla, huge oak. Whiskey shot. Good big beer. Sledutah (7524) - Utah, USA - JAN 14, 2014

Clear dark amber with a small beige head and good lacing. Aroma is woody, vanilla and bourbon. Flavors of bourbon, woody, caramel and vanilla
Bottle:   Deep caramel, burnt brown sugar hued, moderate frothy light beige head, spotty lacing.   Soft whiskey and caramel on the nose.   Slight charred wood/campfire right up front, a little caramel and whiskey on the backside.   Not as thick or chewy as I was hoping.   Seems to only be very soft caramel maltiness with some soft whiskey and charred wood notes.   Pretty one dimensional.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes with a touch of campfire, whiskey, and a little peat.   Needs more caramel maltiness for sure.   Pretty simple otherwise.   Thanks douglas88!

22oz Bottle at home - Bourbon Woody pours a gorgeous crimson red hue with a cream colored head. Huge bourbon aroma with smells of vanilla, wood, spice, and some dark fruits. Nice rich full flavored body with a finish that is not syrupy or too sweet. Old Woody works really well in these barrels, this was delightful. wrbeith (2) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 29, 2013 does not count
Wonderful aroma. One I could drink all night although I would probably have to be carried out. The 10% alcohol was not noticed; just a very smooth drinkable beer. One of Breakside's best.

Brown pour, tan head. Flavors of dark fruit, toffee, bourbon, charred oak, vanilla, brown sugar cookies. Nice stuff. madvike (3260) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 13, 2013
Tasted blind. Dark brown pour with a thin light tan head. Nose is big and malty, with bourbon notes, warming but not sharp. Taste is the same, with vanilla, caramel, and a bit of warming alcohol. Big and malty. Slick and big-bodied, with smooth carbonation. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 8, 2012
Tap @ Breakside... Well done Ben & Paul!!! Old Woody made for a great base beer to be bourbon bbl aged. Poured, cloudy, dark brown with a faint head. Nose had strong whiskey and barrel elements. Must’ve been a pretty wet barrel. Strong sweetness, sherry-like dark fruits, fortified fruits, vanilla, and booze. This was a solid barrel aged beer.
