A: Cloudy amber color with a near-white head.
A: Apple cider, all-spice, nutmeg, some gourd, earthiness, hints of toast and char.
T: Sweet, a bit smokey and a touch citrusy.
M: Light body, creamy carbonation, no alcohol.
O: A really nice quaff. Easy to imagine sitting in front of a ski lodge fire with this in hand. pdx77 (1717) - Oregon, USA - NOV 17, 2012
On draught at Breakside. A wonderful pairing of smoke and almost cider. Reminds me of liquid apple pie. mcberko (18950) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 12, 2012
On tap at Breakside Brewing, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma of light smoke, cinnamon apples and Halloween / Christmas spices. Flavour of apple, cinnamon spicing, and some pumpkin / nutmeg spices. Not much smoke detectable. The spices are all in balance, creating a unique hybrid. Really enjoyable one.
