On tap at Breakside Brewing, pours a hazy blond wit a small white head. Aroma is very light, with a lemon tartness and some light spices. Flavour brings a refreshing lemon tang above anything and some light wheat. Very light and refreshing – above average for a wit. Hophazard (193) - San Francisco, California, USA - FEB 25, 2011
Esters with hints of black pepper and coriander. A milky, pale straw with faint head. Citrus zest and wheat malt dominate. Lemon tang finishes; light bitterness. Light body with bubbly carbonation. A good wit, slightly thin mouthfeel, but is refreshing. troopie (2321) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - NOV 21, 2010
Draught. Poured pale yellow with thin fast dissipating head. Little lacing. Aroma is orange and herb, Light bodied, with some sweetness. I found chamomile in the finish. Not a bad beer, somewhat like a saison. Had that Belgian note. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 7, 2010
Tap @ Breakside... Poured a cloudy, straw, pastel yellow with a thin, white head. Nose had wheat malts that played like crackers and light grassy tones. Earthy, grassy that hinted towards marijuana. Well spiced with clove, banana, lemongrass, and fruit esters. Candied sweetness through to the finish.
