a little thinner than expected for the abv, but nice flavors across the board. a little muted due to the nitro pour, but a solid and very smooth vanilla stout. oak peeks through just a touch in the finish. Stuedmaster (351) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 30, 2014
On tap at Breakwater in Oceanside. This is definitely a dessert style of stout, sweet and creamy. Heavy on the chocolate and vanilla. Nice appearance, black with a creamy thick head and lacing. It is a bit too sweet and too much like a dessert beer for me to get it on a regular basis. If you like sweet stouts this one fits the bill and is chocolatey and creamy.
