Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, husky.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Ouch. Zero for two on this visit. Calling this a pilsner is a stretch. JK (6201) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - OCT 28, 2012
Draught at Breckenridge Brewery, Breckenridge, CO, October 2012, GABF week. Some apple aroma but also light hops. Grain in the flavor and mildly bitter hops here as well. An ok pilsner that would benefit from more hops. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 25, 2005
Extremely pale gold hue wearing a small white head. Tart and unclean nose offers grainy malts hinting at DMS, while grassy and floral hops try to bring some confidence back. Light bodied, moderately high carbonation. Tart in mouth as well, restricted flavours all the way through, shy malts and not very aromatic hops. Dull example. tap at Downtown Denver taphouse-pours about the most pale yellow hue you can get-almost to the level of a BMC. Big sudsy white head with equal bubble size. spritzy, noble hop aroma-some grassy notes. These grassy notes are the most predominant in the flavors. some pils malt detected. Could be a good session brew.
