COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beers uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

Pretty standard and uninspired wheat ale. Pours translucent hay color with small white head. Flavor is a little bitter with grass flavor due to agave.

Hazy gold color. Smells of peaches or apricots, reisling. Quite sweet..very little bitterness. Not bad. Definitely worth exploring agave in beer.

Tangy crisp aroma. Hazy burnt orange body with very little head. Hint of lemon and citrus spice. Light crisp tartness which makes it refreshing. Mild yeast aroma in the back end. Does have a unique taste that is welcoming.

Bottle at America on Tap Deep yellow color, smattering of bubbles on top. Rich bready malt with plenty of spicy wheat character and a pinch of earthy hops. Couldnt find the agave in here, but Im interested enough to try a bottle again in the future.

Draft pour at the field brewpub. Rating from my notes. Pours a cloudy golden color with a ton of fizz head. Soft straw aroma. Flavor is over ripe banana, fruity, wheat and an odd yeast finish. Not my favorite. Long, sweet finish. Okay.

Bottle in Chevy Chase. Murky golden body with thin head. Nose is malty, floral, sweet. Taste is wheat, cereal, spices. Floral in the finish. Decent.

From NOTES. Nice wheat flavor, agave flavor isnt my bag. This is, however, a fairly refreshing beer.

The agave balanced out the wheat beer base, making it into one of the brightest, clearest tasting, most enjoyable wheat beers I've had to date. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle. Pours cloudy with lasting white head. Aroma of wheat and citrus. Taste, no agave, but I liked this beers sweetness.

Pleasant aroma, not very pronounced. Expected much sweeter smell than this beer has. Nice golden appearance, small white head. Taste is not wheaty enough to be a great weizen, not sweet enough to be a killer variant. I actually eat lots of agave, and the agave in this beer is hardly noticeable. Overall, a decent weizen, but nothing special.
