Several 12 oz bottles at the Boulder Theater during Leftover Salmon’s recent 2 night run (11/27-28). Mild aroma of toasted grain and lemon zest. Similar flavor, with a light bittersweet finish. Light body. A little boring but easy to drink overall. Not bad. cbfobes (2888) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - NOV 27, 2015

4.2%ABV. Wheat Ale.
Poured out of the bottle a light amber. 8ºSRM.
Nose is wheaty and beery.
Mouthfeel is watery. The palate is dominated by raw dough, wheat flour and water biscuit. There may be hint of syrupy heaviness as a nod to the use of agave syrup. Carbonation is pronounced. More sour than I’d like an ale to be, but that could be attributed to an off flavor...i don’t know. Sometimes happens with Thirsty.
Finish is abbreviated and unimpressive. BeerMe555 (4) - Colorado, USA - NOV 9, 2015 does not count
Very simple basic beer. This Beer is very drinkable for almost anyone. I think a Brewery needs a beer like this in its repertoire. I have been to Breckenridge Brewery and its nice to be able to recommend a beer to any of my friends even if they are not big on Craft Beers. (Yes they are still my friends even if they don’t love beer.)

12oz Flasche. Goldgelbe Farbe, Schaum ok. Süsser würziger Kräuterduft. Recht ungewöhnlicher sehr kräuteriger Geschmack. Interessantes Bier. Cousin_Larry (895) - - OCT 30, 2015
Pretty standard and uninspired wheat ale. Pours translucent hay color with small white head. Flavor is a little bitter with grass flavor due to agave. AaronTDubs (500) - - OCT 28, 2015
Hazy gold color. Smells of peaches or apricots, reisling. Quite sweet..very little bitterness. Not bad. Definitely worth exploring agave in beer. rjplumer (1290) - Foxboro, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 16, 2015
Tangy crisp aroma. Hazy burnt orange body with very little head. Hint of lemon and citrus spice. Light crisp tartness which makes it refreshing. Mild yeast aroma in the back end. Does have a unique taste that is welcoming. johnnnniee (4493) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 11, 2015
Bottle at America on Tap
Deep yellow color, smattering of bubbles on top. Rich bready malt with plenty of spicy wheat character and a pinch of earthy hops. Couldn’t find the agave in here, but I’m interested enough to try a bottle again in the future.
