COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This true American-style unfiltered wheat has something a little special – the nectar of the great Salmiana Agave. Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer’s uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative.

Pleasant aroma, not very pronounced. Expected much sweeter smell than this beer has. Nice golden appearance, small white head. Taste is not wheaty enough to be a great weizen, not sweet enough to be a killer variant. I actually eat lots of agave, and the agave in this beer is hardly noticeable. Overall, a decent weizen, but nothing special.

Draught. This is a thin tinny brew with an odd aftertaste. Not something I would go for again.

Pours a hazy light amber from a tap. Corn syrup, wheat in the nose, similar flavor. Not much going on, but not bad tasting.

Bottle. No detailed notes, entering from earlier tasting. Standard American wheat ale, no real agave characteristic. Decent but nothing special

From the bottle: Cloudy yellow. Small white head. Fruity aroma. Flavors of sweet fruit and slight bananna. Smooth. No bitterness. Enjoyable change of pace from other wheats. Would buy again.

Tap. Pours a pale hazy golden with fizzy cream colored head. Aroma and taste of wheat and not much else. Some malts.

Can. Pours a hazy gold with a lacy, mixed-grain white head. Nose is phenols, wheat, yeast, orange, and spice. Slightly sweet up front, with a lemon-orange tinge; body is medium, with a little bitterness and round cereal elements. No real agave note to it. Finish is ephemeral and short. It’s all right, but there’s nothing notable about it.

Slightly light and fruity smell, cloudy look, taste is sweet and fruity, bold and tasty, slightly sour finish but decent, improves a bit with time, just the right amount of flavor, not too strong not watery,

Draft at Old Town Pour House in Gaithersburg, MD served in a half-pint glass. Hazy golden-amber color with white head. Aroma notes of heavy pale malt sweetness, bread and light fruitiness. Taste is also pretty sweet adding citrus notes. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp, sticky with light sweet citrus finish. Okay enough wheat ale, refreshing but a little sweet.

Aroma had agave on the nose first followed by wheat Appearance was cloudy amber, kinda darker than a a typical wheat, maybe due to the agave Taste was sweet wort with somewhat of a wheat Palate: mouthfeel was thin and decently carbonated but an awfully sweet finish, needs a more attenuating yeast or something Overall: very meh. Not bad but certainly one of the lesser wheats I have ever had.
