Keg at the Waylon - NYC. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Pretty basic stuff, some bread, doughy wheat, citrus. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Bitter finish with some citrus rind, wheat bread, mild piney hops. So so. Oakes (18594) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 23, 2012
Hazy blonde. Medium head. The aroma is faint with some yeasty notes and a light, indistinct fruitiness. Refreshing, lightly fruity and lightly yeasty. A decent American Wheat. Though I’m not getting much agave specifically, it still has some nuance. Perfectly enjoyable example. yngwie (17185) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 19, 2014
On tap at the Yard House, Houston. A hazy golden orange beer with a thin, dense, off-white head. The aroma is pretty sweetish and candy like, sweet oranges and some yellow apples. Some malty sweetness in the flavor, with the fruityness dominating. It’s not as sweet on the palate as I’d expect judging from the aroma, actually it’s pretty dry. A bit much carbonation, medium body. Fruity, sweetish finish. Quite decent this one. 140516 jtclockwork (17101) - , New Jersey, USA - NOV 10, 2010
