COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We like to think this is an ale for everyone who believes you make your own luck. We sure did. And the result is a well-balanced, soulful IPA with just the right amount of hoppiness. An even keeled ale that goes down clean and refreshing, but still lets you know it’s been doted on by the Brewmaster. It’s true to it’s IPA heritage, but also highly drinkable. Lucky U. And we seriously mean that.

On tap at Crossroads Pub & Grill into a pint glass. Light amber and clear appearance with an off-white head and thick lacing. Aroma of resinous hops, pine, light citrus fruits, bread, toasted grains, light toffee and caramel malts. Similar flavor with medium sweetness and mild to medium bitterness, finishing with light floral, herbal and soapy notes. Medium body, starting out crisp and carbonated and finishing sweet, silky and smooth. Pretty poor IPA overall. Garb.

Pours a clear coper with a small mocha head. Sweet hops aroma with equal amount of sweet malt. Medium to heavy bitterness with a light sweetness. Light to medium body with a somewhat sticky texture and has a bitter finish that clings to the pallet just a bit.

Blood orange color, very hazy with a light head. Very earthy, doughy aroma. Taste is very bland - not much happening, and it’s missing the expected hoppiness. Finish is also a little watered down. Not impressed.

Bottle into tulip. Orange hue, no head. Very thin white lacing. Fairly malty nose hint of orange peel. Thicker malty mouth feel, modest hope. Decent, if unremarkable.

"another decent session ipa, but a little too mellow and unassuming to standout. the average of 3.0 going in seems a bit harsh, though. grapefruity hops and a decent carmel malt backbone. nothing stands out, nothing is bad."

Malt aroma right off the bat. To taste you pick up hints of caramel and more malts, not much hops. Lingers nicely, great for malt lovers.

Pours an orange-copper color with aroma of pine, grapefruit, and floral notes. Citrus, caramel sweetness with some pine and very mild hop bitterness. Decent beer.
