Pours a hazy honey color with a thin white head. Aroma has some sweet straw and grassiness...faint citrus and tea. Flavor follows suit...notable sweetness...mild grassiness. Mouthfeel is light/medium and silky with a slightly hoppy bitter finish.

Tap Hoppy Monk, EL Paso, TX-pours bright orange with a 1/4 inch soapy and highly carbonated head. nose is mostly sweet metallic notes and not what i was expecting-some light mushy malt and spicy yeast qualities show up but not like i would have wanted them. flavors of sweet pale malt light alcohol and very lite spicy hop presence. some floral aspects show up in the mid palate and alcohol present. Im not too impressed with this beer-too sweet and not dry enough.

Bottle. Grainy malt, hay, and a little citrus peel hops aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Sweet grainy-bready malt, light fruity-grassy-hay hops flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - NOV 16, 2010
Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color. The head was a few fingers high, white, and reduced gradually to a thin lasting film. Some nice lace was left behind on the glass at the end. Smelled of caramel, subdued tropical fruit, and cereal grain. There was the slightest whiff of noble hops. Medium bodied and slightly sweet. Muted flavors that included cereal grain, grape candy, and hay.

Bottlep poured a clear amber.bold with a smallish whitish head. Aroma of sugar, bread, fruit, caramel, vanill and earth in the finish. Nice aroma. For the style, the flavor seemed pretty spot on. Alot of earthiness, alcohol and bready malt. Not really heavy handed in any regard. Quite nice.

12oz bottle from Timmy. Pours a clear golden yellow with a small foamy white head. Aroma of lemons, grain, yeast, and hints of honey. Taste of stale grain, old lemons, bitter earthy hops, honey topped bread, and a weird medicinal aftertaste.

LinusStick (3473) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 22, 2013
Nice beer. Aroma was very hoppy. Fresh cut grass and hay. Pour was a beautiful clear light gold color with a thin off white film for a head. Taste was nice and hoppy. Strong bitterness with grain, light malt and grass. Nice bitter finish. Would’ve loved this beer to have more carbonation. That would’ve pulled this beer together perfectly. Never would guess this beer was 7% by the way. Hides the alcohol incredibly.

Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 1, 2014
Bottle 341ml. Pours slightly hazy golden with low white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is of citrus, yeast, malt. Taste is of citrus, yeast, slight bitterness, grain, some sugar. Palate: Light-medium body. Good balance. Overall: Pretty good. Fruity. Smooth. Nice grain.

NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 21, 2011
Draft at Breckenridge. Pours anice enough deep gold with a fizzy head. The nose is quite soapy. Strong cracker pilsner malt notes and some noble hopping that is overshadowed by the soap. On taste, comes across as moderately sweet and fruity, fair level of bitterness, but not quite balanced. Not crisp and kind of a bit bigger than one would like. Meh.

dnstone (3430) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - OCT 27, 2012
Clear golden in color with soft white head. Moderately hoppy aroma for a pils. Taste is quite hoppy up front, full flavored pils; really an excellent pils
