Draft. Dark brown color, brown head. Aroma of burnt coffee, leather. Taste is very bitter burnt cocoa. A bit astringent. DocJitsu (2035) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - AUG 20, 2014
Pours a gorgeous very dark brown with a perpetual, flat, creamy, one-finger, smooth head. Unassuming nose. Smooth as silk. It’s a little cold, so the flavors don’t emerge properly. After the beer finishes, smokiness and plastic and a little caramel. kaser (6382) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 11, 2014
Creamy rich smooth draft at sheffields. Dark with a ton of creamy foam head. Chocolate and milky taste. Cocoa. Cream. Not mich else to say. Delicious dbarnold (1127) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - JAN 8, 2014
Nitro pour...a better guiness. Light bodied, smooth and sweet. Dry finish. Was a little acidic/tart, and that didn’t go with the style. Other than this, very enjoyable. fluffy (2461) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - SEP 30, 2013
On nitro. Probably for the best, as the flavor is pretty bland and mild, like American Guinness. Not much going on here.

Out of the tap at the Ale House in Denver. Looks fantastic with a thick, fine frothy head. Hints of chocolate. Clean after taste. Not too heavy.

Nitro draft at Trinity Brass Tap. Poured a near black color with a creamy tan head. Aroma had roasted malt notes with slight hints of chocolate. Sadly, no coffee to be found. The mouthfeel was more watery than smooth or velvety as one would hope with a nitro stout. Finish had sour notes instead of the expected bitter notes. Not overly impressed. loveyoumadly (25) - Austin, USA - JUN 28, 2013
Nice froth on nitro. Good coffee/dark chocolate after taste but not too thick. Light texture. Drinking it in 105 degrees outside and love it!

Excellent stout in the old style. Incredibly thick head that stays frothy long into the drinking. Smooth.

Draft @ Doherty’s East Ave Irish Pub. On 2 Feb 2013. Black color with nice thick tan foam sitting on the surface. Aroma is very burnt coffee grounds, bitter chocolate and a faint hop. I was told this was a low ABV stout, if that is so then it has nice flavor. Brunt malts, chocolate with caramel. The nitro pour does give it a nice creamy texture. Overall good but not amazing.
