COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brekeriet White Label
Brettlehem is a Scanian Christmas beer spiced with cloves, that gives a special character by fermentation with the mixture of different yeast strains, particularly those of the genus Brettanomyces. The beer is carbonated naturally by fermentation in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast sediment on the bottom. The taste of this beer continues to develop in the bottle for a long time

Bottle bought at Systembolaget in Malm, December 2012. Clear dark amber with a small head. Aroma of clove, some pepper and toffee. A lot of gingerbread in the taste. Also toffee, yeast and spices. Not that much brett in this one. Really an interesting beer.

Garlic_of_Doom (640) - SWEDEN - DEC 8, 2012
Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy rust brown. Malt, raisins, "svagdricka" and some funk in aroma. Taste is above but with a lot of spicy clove and some funk as well. Very refreshing and easy to drink. A round, spicy and sweet after taste lingers on for long. Nice, light and very refreshing christmas beer!

Bottle from Systembolaget. Color is rusty brown. Looks lika and tastes similar to the swedish julmust or svagdricka. Like a typical porter but with the specific touch of Brett. A very nice Christmas beer.

Brun ltt grumlig l med ltt skum. I doften dominerar kryddnejlikan ngot fr mycket fr min del. I smaken r kryddningen betydligt mer tillbakadragen. Jobbar tillsammans med jst och funkighet, som hos en mrk saison. Smaken r ju viktigast och den r bra.
