Brekeriet White Label
Brekeriet Cassis is a sour ale mainly fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Black currant is added during the secondary fermentation and this yeast loves berries which is shown in the fantastic taste of the beer. Brekeriet Cassis is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.

750ml brown bottle at RBAG ’17. Red brown with a little haze, head fades to a thin ring. Nose - leather brett. Taste - tangy, sour, lemon, yeast, brett and black currants. Prickly carbonation and a dry end. Nice.

Pite na Urusie. W zapachu stajnia i owoce. Fajnie pachnie, ale na kolana nie powala. W smaku o wiele wszystko intensywniejsze. Świetne piwo dla fanów ostrej obory.

Cybercat (5833) - Georgia, USA - MAY 20, 2017
Pours barely translucent mahogany with a decent eggshell head. Aroma features berry and toasted malt notes. Flavor delivers tart berry, sweet berry and malty tones with a hint of hops. Mouthfeel presents OK body and peppy fizz. Gotta love the Swedes!

Kita (2147) - Koper, SLOVENIA - MAY 4, 2017
Bottle, 0.75l, shared with Gregor. Pours hazy dark ruby color with quickly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of black currant, citrus, brett and wood. Taste starts with refreshing tart black currant, following is funky and musty with evident note of tannins, while mouthfeel is quite smooth because of lactic acid. Light to medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Perfect fruity refreshment...

Very tasty beer. Tried at Local Option with Josh, Brandon, Al, and Brian after ASEH in 2017. Pours red with a potent sour fruit aroma. Berries are pronounced and balance out the sourness nicely.
