Brekeriet White Label
Brekeriet Cassis is a sour ale mainly fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Black currant is added during the secondary fermentation and this yeast loves berries which is shown in the fantastic taste of the beer. Brekeriet Cassis is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.

Bottle from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours bright red with an attractive pink head and a black currant aroma. There is a moderately sour red fruit flavor with a tart finish. Delicate and tasty.

Bottle, shared at Superbowl Party. Lovely purple-red hue, pinkish head. Sour berry aroma, woody funk. Distinctly black currant fruit on the palate, moderate acetic sourness, spicy oaky undertones, dry finish. Very nice.

Hazy, red, small head. Lots of funk in aroma, raspberries, soke sour notes. High sourness in flavour, raspberry, very funky finish

dfearnley (2143) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 29, 2016
Bottle to tulip Consummation: Very tart cassis with brett and yeast Adjunct: Lots of fruity cheese aromatics; amberish red with a thin white head; light bodied, puckering, with soft carbonation

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Wyśmienite piwo, mocno przypomina Krieka z 3 Fonteinen.

Linnet (1832) - Karlstad, SWEDEN - NOV 24, 2016
Tart, yeasty, earthy, a lot of black currants, Green apples and lots of brett. Red/purple colour, medium quickly diminishing head. Big tartness, good amount of rich acidic, very fruity black currants, mid-sweet, lightly bitter, good amount of yeast character. Medium body, slick feel, average carbonation. Fruity finish. Solid.
