COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brekeriet White Label
Brekeriet Cassis is a sour ale mainly fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Black currant is added during the secondary fermentation and this yeast loves berries which is shown in the fantastic taste of the beer. Brekeriet Cassis is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.

Mmm. So juicy. A dark red pour with light head. Holy crap so fruity and juicy in taste. I get the currants but I also get strawberries and a little bit of blackberries. Super drinkable. I want loads more. Thanks @adamjackson.

Bottle share. Aroma of tart red wine, pepper, cherry, vegetable, and gooseberry? Taste is brilliantly tart. Awesome dry finish, but clean.

Mmm, what a beer. Smells of cassis, sour taste with the cassis coming in quite strong in the aftertaste. Room temperature gives more than from the fridge.

Clear pinky purple with a fizzy bubbly ringed head. Firm Ribena nose, light tartness. Rich berry sweetness, proper hospital bed nourishment diluting juice and a fleshy acidic bitterness. Rattling acidic, though middling carbonation and clean lean sweetness. Leafy berry sweetness, very swift finish and linger is swift splashes of that Ribena fun times.

Bottle from european local swap 3/2015 from PMgep, many thanks man! Deep ruby colour, also relatively clear. Relatively simple in all respects, but very good and very tasty, really showcasing the special ingredient which is cassis. Tasty and easy drinking with almost moderate sourness and thin body. Dry finish. Very good.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy, purple in colour, no head. Aroma is sour, with blackcurrant and ripe berries fruitiness and brett wild notes. In taste sour, fruity, ripe. Light body, dry and sour finish and medium to high carbonation. Really good cassis lambic.

Bottle sample @ SBWF 2012. Pours red with a touch of pink. Hazy. With a slightly pink head. Sweet and sour aroma. Very fruity. Smells like a whole dessert! The aroma reminds me of some well known Lost Abbey sours. The taste is enormously fruity. Dry like berry seeds. Sour. Thick bodied, yet quite light.
