Bottled @ Mbargo. Hazy golden, long lasting white head, good lacing. Barnyard aroma, citrus and mature cheese. Light to medium bodied, mild carbonated, soft mouthfeel. Funky barnyard taste, peppery yeast, citric, mild smoky notes, ham and hay. Pleasant! BlazerT (1197) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - OCT 7, 2016
Bottle. Teku. Golden, medium hazy with white, medium, semi-densed head. Very good head retention and lacing. Aroma is very yeasty (barnyard, leather, wet animal hair) and spicy (pepper, herbs, clove). Secondly light to medium floral and lemon peel aromas, broken by some baked bread, crackers and delicate honey notes. Funkiness is lightly present. Taste is lightly bitter and nothing more. Light to medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Finish is dry, yeasty and mild. In general not that bad as it is described by some guys here. Surly it has yeasty and spicy notes, but nothing very interesting. So I’d say that this is rather average saison with solid base for improvement. Beersiveknown (5301) - NORTHERN IRELAND - OCT 2, 2016

highly carbonated hazy greenish yellow, lightly funky, mouldy hay and a touch of manure. Citrus, light bodied, dry bitterness, could do with being a bit older to let the brett come through more but its already overcarbonated; so would hate to think how fizzy it’d be then!
Bottle at home, bought at Bierhalle Deconinck. Wattery, lemon sour, like a bitter grape feel, it’s ok not special. allmyvinyl (10835) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 21, 2016
330ml bottle from Salt Horse. 5.0%. Pours golden with a light haze and a huge, ever-growing white head. Aromas of floral hops, sherbet, fresh lime, straw. Taste is light bitter, some brett yeast character, light spice, more lime rind, hay. Almost lime pickle, but without the heat. Surprisingly gentle carbonation and mouthfeel after the burst at the start. Bitter finish. Good.

330 ml. bottle sampled. Bottled JAN 2016. Bright clear golden, fizzy egg-white head. Nose is metallic, faint butter, faint spoiled eggs & some funk. Fizzy taste, overly metallic, carrot, low butter, dirty barnyard, fizzy, dirty ditch, awful brett, low calky, faint mold finish, plaster,… This is their Brillant allover again, I do not know which yeast strains they used but this is not fun at all, metallic, butter, granted very dry but also chalky, plaster,… etc. Very dry & fizzy so there is that but so many flavours I do not really want in a beer. Brekeriet has made some really good beers but I opt out of buying bottles given this one & Brillant. This is like a very poor Belgian with added brett which is more or less exactly what this is I suppose. Maakun (6018) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUL 5, 2016
Bottle at home. Completely clear golden with a bit fizzy off white head. Hay, cloves, spicy yeast, white pepper, lemon peel, light wet dog, pineapple, lots of dusty bitter herbs that lost most of their aroma, fresh baked bread. Light sweet and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Bit all over the place but quite nice! ClarkVV (6825) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - JUN 3, 2016
Bottle, batch 4, Jan 2016, drunk 5/25/16. Thanks, cogo!Finn (7836) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 13, 2016
Lightly hazy body is a pale, straw-golden and is topped by a small, but well-retained white head.
Awesomely understated funk in the nose slowly builds up with tons of basement, light barnyard and some slightly more bright, fruity brett notes. The heavy, but mellow funk slowly burns off (or the nose accustoms to it) and is replaced by dry, wheat-like cereal notes, delicate honey and cracker. Pleasant fruity esters have just a hint of pineapple-like brett daintiness and there is no alcohol or flaw.
Dry but with a soft, wheat-like texture (or maybe just dextrines). Just enough honey-like malt sweetness to balance the beer without taking away from the dryness. Lemon-lime-like brett notes are delicate and complement the soft, peppery phenols. Herbal and peppery hops linger on gently, with easygoing fruitiness and a hint of tartness to clear the palate. Delicious, modern saison!
Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsdalen. Drukket på Bergstua 4 Mai 16. Lys gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Lavt luftig kritthvitt skum. God fruktaroma. Lett sitrus & appelsin. Smaken mest appelsin med hint av mandler. Avslutter tørt. Bunnfall igjen på flaska. mgajdaczewa (2220) - Katowice, POLAND - APR 29, 2016
Prawdopodobnie trafiona butelka.
