Bottle. Big, frothy head that recedes slowly, orange in colour, heavy carbonation. Strong presence of the, well, funky brettanomyces strain in the aroma as well as taste. Nice saison with unruly funkness! phaleslu (10327) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 20, 2015
Small bottle shared by Chris S. - thanks again! Pours a hazy light gold color with a white head that leaves some spots and film behind. Notes of bretty funk, horseblanket, straw, oak, dry grain, grass, and faint vinous notes. Light-bodied, with a low to moderate carbonation. Funky in the aroma and dry in the flavor. Good funky saison. Yorker (2007) - Herning, DENMARK - FEB 17, 2015
33 cl bottle @ home. Pours hazy golden with a little sediment and a white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma and flavour are brett, spices, yeast, and citrus - with a slightly dry finish. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 16, 2015
Taste from an 11.2oz bottle. Last pour from the bottle. Totally hazy orange-juice color. Thin off-white head. Loose dots of lace. Kind of a bandaidy aroma, mild smoke, kind of reminds me of a Fantome saison. Moderate sweet taste, light spicy, a bit of a yeasty bite. Interesting stuff, but just alright from my sample.

11.2 oz. bottle from the Party Source. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma is fruity with soft Brett funk, hay, yeast, and light spices. The flavor has dry Brett funk, mild fruits, grass, mild plus bitterness, it gets a bit thin and watery with only the Brett character coming through after a few drinks. gueuze (956) - - JAN 1, 2015
Aprikosige Brett-Aromen.
Geschmack vergleichsweise mild, wenig sauer. Deutlicher Einschlag von Nelke, ein bisschen wie Weizenbier. bartlebier (4013) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - DEC 8, 2014
33cl bb11/2015, takk pmgep (EU local swap 7.0). Enticing pickled & old citrus zest aroma, funk 2.0 for the gentrified urban masses fashioning itself from its most accessible at first whiff, even venturing an echo of lambic sour grapefruit, to alas then also reveal quite some chlorine/bleach. Taste shows the same cleft between easily likeable dried & pickled old lemon peel and a distinct bath foam soapiness, going into stale lemongrass and turned canned lichee. Highly carbonated at that. Half enjoyable, fully appreciated the bumpy ride.
