3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. The brett yeast truly dominantes this beer. Its crisp, citrusy and funky with a dry finish. Overall a bit too yeast dominanted and therfore one dimensional, altough refreshing.
Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Hazy golden. Brett, flowers, spiciness, faint sweetness, slightly tart, bitter finish, light soapy note. minutemat (5418) - Shrewsbury, Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2017

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Niestety - bardzo mocny plastik. Turtles (2577) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 5, 2016
Bottled @ Mbargo. Hazy golden, long lasting white head, good lacing. Barnyard aroma, citrus and mature cheese. Light to medium bodied, mild carbonated, soft mouthfeel. Funky barnyard taste, peppery yeast, citric, mild smoky notes, ham and hay. Pleasant! BlazerT (1089) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - OCT 7, 2016
Bottle. Teku. Golden, medium hazy with white, medium, semi-densed head. Very good head retention and lacing. Aroma is very yeasty (barnyard, leather, wet animal hair) and spicy (pepper, herbs, clove). Secondly light to medium floral and lemon peel aromas, broken by some baked bread, crackers and delicate honey notes. Funkiness is lightly present. Taste is lightly bitter and nothing more. Light to medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Finish is dry, yeasty and mild. In general not that bad as it is described by some guys here. Surly it has yeasty and spicy notes, but nothing very interesting. So I’d say that this is rather average saison with solid base for improvement. Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - OCT 2, 2016
bottle at brewbot
highly carbonated hazy greenish yellow, lightly funky, mouldy hay and a touch of manure. Citrus, light bodied, dry bitterness, could do with being a bit older to let the brett come through more but its already overcarbonated; so would hate to think how fizzy it’d be then!
