Bottle at the Aaahhh...ØL!!! Julebord 2016. Hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is sour with lots of grapefruit and peachy hops, flowers, funk. Taste is fresh, crisp and dry, zesty grapefruit and brett, citric acidity. Long lasting sour and flowery finish. A very nice beer, fruitier and zestier than most Brekeriet beers. Bottle @ company tasting. Gusher with a foggy golden body with a big, fluffy white head. Aroma is slightly undefined fruity with something floral, grass and nettle. It’s actually close to a bit unpleasant in aroma. Flavor has some kind of slightly refreshing floral, hay, minerals, herbs, barnyard, medium acidic and something at the edge of being rotten. Medium body and aftertaste in the same direction. Hardly drinkable, a big disappointment from one of my favorite breweries. Hope this is not supposed to taste like this, and the gushing might indicate that’s something wrong here. Emelie (204) - Örebro, SWEDEN - AUG 7, 2017

0.75l bottle. This one pours a yellow strawish colored body, lots of small downloading particles and a really good looking bright white almost fluffy lacing head. Like the aroma. It’s lemonic and floral. Really perfumed and refreshing to smell at. Green strawberries, the sour kind. Hints of white currants. It tastes quite nice also. A little bit thin perhaps, both in the taste and on the mouthfeel. It’s high on the carbonation. Growing in the mouth. Thin lemons and citrus peel in the taste. It also tastes kinda floral. Lightdrinkable and I can imagine a really nice summer beer, but it works OK on a dark rainy winter evening also. 11.03.2017 klm1 (1897) - Bled/SF, - MAR 23, 2017
