3.8
Nonshaugen (665) - Fetsund, NORWAY - SEP 27, 2017
33 cl, bottle conditioned, batch #67. Slightly hazy, straw coloured, thin white cap, low carbonation. Aroma is sour and salty, as expected for the style. Mouthfeel is medium sour, really refreshing, but could benefit from a bit more carbonation. Flavour is acid-ish, citrus, grapefruit and green apples in abundance, an ideal introduction to the style, a wonderful beer in its own right.

Drucken på CBC- 17. Grumlig, beige kulör med vit skumkrona. Doft av hav och citron. Syrlig och halvtorr munkänsla. Smak av grapefrukt, mosaic- humla och hav

On tap at Avenue Pub. Pours a hazy gold with no head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong floral, sea salt, wheat, lemon zest. Thin body, citrus, pine, wheat, salty finish, nice tartness, very good.

Bottle 120817. THX to Beer5000. golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, salt. Flavor is citrus, yeast, oranges, sourness. Classic on the beer style.

thewolf (12842) - Kolding, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2017
Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small, creamy white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, wheat, light salty, lemon, lime. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has tart, lemony zest, salty balance, very elegant tartness, super few shapes. Excellent

jredmond (8754) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 29, 2017
Draft sampled at the Shelton Brothers Festival 2017 in Atlanta with Andrew. Pours a bright, hazy golden body with thick white lace. Nose is fresh, funky mosaic hop and sour tones. Mouthfeel is medium to creamy on the palate with notes of dank mosaic, sour fruit, lime and salt. Great stuff.

3.3
HonusWagner (2232) - Florida, USA - AUG 26, 2017
Not as big a fan of this one as the Raz Berliner, the dry hoppy dankness of Mosaic kinda clashed with the salty element on this one. Not terrible, not great. Sadly, this is not in any way a reference to "Moses Supposes."

2.8
Scrumpy369 (959) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 24, 2017
Bottle shared at overtime tasting session. Strong coriander in the nose. Very strong coriander taste. Sticky bitter aftertaste. A bit over the line with the coriander for me.

3.7
jbruner (5401) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - AUG 21, 2017
Sheton 2017. Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of tropical fruit and citrus notes with a mild wheat sweetness and touch of lactic acidity. Taste follows, with an earthy salinity on the back end, but the fruitiness is the star. Tasty for what it is.
