Bottle, 33cL. 6.5%. Purchase ("Craft Beer Shop", @Angers, FR). Home. Bottled 03/2016. 1.5 years old. Poured with yeast sediment. A brown orange opaque hazy beer with a big whte foamy head ; good retention and lacing. Roast, rustic rough wild, light wood, light dusty, light herb. Light sweet, light to medium dry fresh sour, light bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture, good carbonation, sweet sour harsh finish. Overall, correct ; lightly disappointing ; maybe without yeast sediments ; smell following first pour was promising...

Bottle. Pours a murky gold with a large foamy dirty white head. Aroma of orange, earth, barnyard, funk. Taste has some citric notes, earth, yeast, barnyard, moldy dead leaves, cooked vegetables. Did not finish.

Mad_Ferret (1027) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 12, 2017
Bottle at home.
Hazy golden yellow with a big thick fluffy white head.
Lovely brett aroma with a smooth mix of oranges, apples and banana beneath. Some grains as well.
Taste is smooth with oranges, apples, dough, brett and grains. Low bitterness.
Medium body, soft smooth mouthfeel.
It really is elegant and smooth, but i would have wanted more bitterness.

Bottle - Orange and lots of funky yeast. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Funky and some dirty notes with a touch of sourness. A bit dirty.

beerplace (2155) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 6, 2017
330ml bottle at Brian’s office. Pours a hazy golden wkth a white head. Aroma is earthy, fruity, funky. Same harsh taste with some nuts in aftertaste. Not good.

fiery1 (1753) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 6, 2017
330ml bottle @ the office. Pours a cloudy dark golden straw colour with a thin white head. Nose is mildy Brett and funky. Flavour is a rougher example of what Brett can do. The finish is rough around the edges.

mcberko (19201) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 6, 2017
330mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of bretty funk, a little citrus zest, and some yeast. Flavour is very dirty and earthy, with muddy yeast, some funk and sludgy earthiness. Too muddy and unpleasantly yeasty. Solid.

Oakes (19027) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 6, 2017
Hazy. No head. The aroma is a bit footy-yeasty. This is yeasty, a bit bretty, and otherwise fairly ordinary. It’s a bit yeasty, and finishes with too much phenols for a saison on the sweet side.
