BeerNerdMalmo (18) - Malmö, SWEDEN - FEB 12, 2016
We actually had the older with 4,5% ABV and the new version at 3,6%. They don’t differ much even after a few years of storing. This is a good typical beer from Brekeriet with a classic feel. Easy to drink with some acid and citrus on top of green apples. It’s not Brillant but brilliant.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, sulfur, yeast and hint of tartness. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light sour with a long dry, slightly tart and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

750 mL bottle. Lightly hazy golden yellow. Small white head. Herbal aroma. Lemon acidity. Green apple. Hint of earthy yeastiness. Taste is pleasantly tart. Lemon tartness turns to a doughy pale malt. White grape juiciness. Again, a hint of earthy yeast in the finish. Light body. Medium low carbonation. Excellent. Really enjoying this.
