Cask. An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel and nuts as well as a lighter note of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, nuts, and caramel, as well as a light note of butter, leading to a finish, where the caramel note lingers.

Light sweet flavor with some leafy hops, toasty bread, light dirt, hints of dry toffee. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Cask hanpull at the old buttermarket Canterbury. Mid brown amber colour with thin lasting head from a sparkler. Its a ok bitter which is what I expect from this brewery. Touch of animal fat on the flavour. Aroma is not great with a touch of too much acidity and rest of flavour has a bit of that too. Touch of nuttiness . A bit too much like licking the i.side of a nut shell to me. Odd
