Cloudy gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Mild minerals. Fresh dry cucumber. Brief floral note in the mid. Finishes dry with a fruity tangy vibe that must be the juniper I guess. Interesting beer but a bit dry.

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell, London during the Birthday Celebration of Jack & Leighton. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a fine, white cream head. Certainly some cucumber in the nose, light floral notes. Light to medium sweet flavor with some doughy sugars, mild cucumber. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with light hay bitterness, fresh cucumber, dough. harrisoni (19194) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 8, 2014
Bottle from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold colour with lasting white head. Saison yeast aroma with some spice from the juniper. Some lemon. Some soap and lemon in the mouth. The aroma is good. With some of that aroma coming through in the flavour and then some white pepper spicy hops on the finish. Certainly refreshing and tasty. Cucumber comes through. A good flavoured saison.
