-pale golden-yellow beer with a poor head retention; arom of lime, wheat and hay; medium-bodied, tasty and lively, decently bitter, light sourish, wheaty finish with lingering notes of yellow fruits
330 ml bottle from London Brewers Market, Old Spitalfields Market, London, UK. It pours pale yellow, with a small white head. Aroma is strong citrus. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, wheat, grass. Taste is lemon and lime at most, light bitter. Body is light, carbonation is average. Watery mouthfeel but long citrus taste in the finish. Nothing to special for me. Keg at the brewery. Pours pale golden and opaque with a gorgeous foam residing. Scent is medium notes of saison yeast without much else. Taste is consistent, lovely saison without much else. I hoped for a bit more lime. Smooth and clean. Very mature. Very good.

330ml bottle (5.3%) at home on 3 Jun 2017, floral, lemongrass, light citrus aroma, pale golden yellow with a lot of bubbles and thin white head, fruity, citrus with some yeast, dry slightly sour finish. tmdaines (186) - Stretford, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - MAY 20, 2017
Citrus predominates, but wouldn’t necessarily suggest lime. Refreshing yet bitter. First saison so difficult to compare, but feels like a refined summer drink, that goes well before a meal or something light. Desverger (13667) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2016
, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity with zesty notes of lime and lemon, yeasty, hay, straw, floral and grassy hoppy finish.
