Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Golden-blonde with a small head. Hoppy with a gritty dryness to this. Fruity in its nose, lesser so in taste.

Keg at The 1000 Trades, Birmingham Hockley. Clouded gold with white head. There is a fruity, yeasty character to this, certainly a saison in style, some bitterness, some resinous, spruce like notes. Dryish in the close. Good.

Bottle at Craft Tooting. Pours golden and hazy with a small rimmed head. Nose is bread and citrus with some yeast. Taste is quite sharp at first with some grapefruit quite tart but has a bit of a sharp finish which I’m not too keen on.

A pretty solid saison. Very nice dry finish. Grassy, citrusy hops. Yeast character gives this a little spicyness. Tried with Rene at De Molen in 2016.
