330mL bottle from International Beer Collector Hazy straw body, decent sized white foam. Not a great deal on the nose - bread white & dough, earthy, dried herbal spice. Medium-lightish body, dry, minerally, relatively lively carbonation. Bit more interest on the body - get some marmalade-y hop character, slight earthy, woody character in there, spicy phenolic character develops with warmth, peppery finish, dry, slight bitterness. Not a bad Saison.
