Pine and citrus: the defining character of American IPAs. The Simcoe and Chinook hops of the Pacific Northwest USA are the embodiment of this. We use them in abundance in 0505 for maximum flavour.

Clear orange golden color with foam ring. The smell is hoppy bitter. The taste is oily and has a sweetness as well as a strong bitterness. The finish and aftertaste are quite dry and leave a light bitter and surprisingly little tart note.
