Late June, 2015. Bottle sample @ BBN w/ the London Crew. Cheers, guys. Deep golden pour with a small white head. Bright lemon sherbet nose. Citrus peel. Some assertive grass, too. Clean pale malt backbone. Light sugar cookie. Fairly dank and somewhat resinous bitterness. Medium body, strong carb. Very good. fonefan (53043) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2016

[ As Brew By Numbers 05/08 India Pale Ale - Mosaic ].
Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, cat piss. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, hoppy, pale malt, mango - passion fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Keg at Brewdog, Shepherds Bush, London. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit, some marmalade, slight bitterness. Decent IPA. flying_pig (1695) - SCOTLAND - JUL 7, 2015

A really nice tasting & fresh IPA with a nice juicy feel that went down easily & proved quite refreshing. The balance was good with some nice touches of caramel malts giving some sweetness towards the end and helping to level out the bitter and hop-filled early going; definitely a beer I’d have again.
330ml in black sheep. Pours cloudy gold. Citrus, lime, nose. Biscuit, sharp grapefruit bitterness. Nice.

Brewery, London (06/06/2015) - hazy amber coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a medley of tropical and citrus fruits, hoppy and malty, orange, grapefruit and peach, pine needles, hoppy bitter finish. Lovely.
Keg at BD Camden. It pours hazy golden-amber with a decent white head. The nose is juicy, zesty orange citrus fruits, dank skunky action, grassy and earth. The taste is bitter, bready/brioche malt base, orange zesty citrus, mango, dank hops, honeysuckle, some pine and a touch of alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather tasty and quaffable stuff. jamestulloch (4466) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 15, 2015
Bottle from Drygate. Hazy orange body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of orange marmalade, earth and lightly roasted malt. Flavour of pine, lime and musty orange. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A decent IPA, but I’ve tried more complex single-hop Mosaic beers. mr_h (6114) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - FEB 3, 2015
330ml bottle at home, from Drygate, Glasgow - clear straw coloured, thin off-white head, grassy, tropical fruits aroma, good film of fine lacing, well-balanced, tropical fruits flavour with a bitter hop finish, enjoyable AshtonMcCobb (7095) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 17, 2015
Bottle from Beets.
Appearance - deep amber with a decent head. Cloudy after sediment.
Nose - definitely more earthy than fruity. Yeast dominant.
Taste - earthiness and bitter orange.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - decent but wouldn’t necessarily reach for another.
