Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours murky yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Enticing aroma, with notes of lemon, onion, grapefruit, tangerine, faint coconut. Light to medium sweet flavour, with mild bitterness, some pine needles, hay, lemon peel, some further grapefruit, dry pale bread. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Well balanced finish, with more lemon and grapefruit, hints of white grape and dry pale bread, balancing bitter straw and citrus rind. Overall, this is outstanding.
