Bottle 330ml. @ home.
Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, light citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity, sharp, oak, artificial candy, light phenol, apple - sprite (the softdrink) notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, artificial candy, belgium yeast, candy, oak notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is fizzy.
Bottle from Utobeer, Borough Market. Bit of a gusher- lost a third of the bottle. What was left poured a deep gold with a large white head and an over-the-top fizz that did eventually die down to leave a pleasant frothy mouthfeel. There?s banana and lots of spice up front followed by hints of vanilla, lemon and orange. As others have noted, it’s let down a bit by the minerals in the dry finish, but then recovers with some Werthers Originals in the aftertaste. Pretty decent stuff. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 6, 2013

Lightly hazy gold beer with a small white head. Palate starts soft but has minerally carbonation. Thin creamy malt, semi dry. Mild tangy fruits toward the dry finish. Not really getting much oak, perhaps it was used to round off.
33cl bottle at CBC Clerkenwell. It pours a pale golden/orange colour with a white head. Aroma a bit yeasty with strong notes of fruit and spice, lemon. Dry hop. Taste is sweet with a good finish of herbal hop dryness, and shows apricot pear and gold raisin, some lemon. Some peppery and bubblegum phenolics. Didn’t get a lot of oak.. UPDATED: MAY 29, 2013 Bottle. Hazy golden with a big bubbly head. Aroma consists of mild malts, apple and lemon. Sweet, but with the sourness of pear drops, yeasty malts, grass and an off iron taste. Fairly heavy carbonation, which dwindled drastically by the end of the drink.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2013 Bottle shared with Paul at The Kernel. Pours lightly hazy gold with a large, white foam head. Lots of sugary dough in the nose, some tangy lemon. Medium to big sweet flavor, sweet dough, some hay, vanilla frosting, white sugar. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, well and sweet, some ripe fruits, rich dough, mild yeast, hints of tangy lemon. Some of the oaky, vanilla characteristics of a juicy chardonnay, along with the buttery mouthfeel. Very nice. Scopey (15753) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 6, 2013
Bottle, thanks to Leighton. It pours cloudy yellow with a large white head. The nose is earth, hay, spice, dough, faint smoke, apple and dough. The taste is sherbet, pear drops, melon, pear, spice, dough, hint of oak, earth, hay with a dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. Ok, but not my thing. Bottle from Utobeer. Note: this label is for 06/02 but the beer appears to be exactly the same abv and ingredients as the 06/01. Pours a nice looking clear yellow, white bubbley head. Nose is curious, quite sea salty, briny, bit of sulphur and then that yeasty aroma with some malt graininess, floral. The taste is much more familiar. Yeasty, fragrant, floral, alcoholic, malt graininess.
