COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gyle 100 Series. First released in December 2015. Bottle, 330ml.

Slumbering in the nourishing nest of a fresh, unrinsed Burgundy red wine barrel, Gyle 100 inhales deeply on the rich red fruit notes and woody complexity, with drying, lasting tannins.

The lees retained within the barrel helped to re-ferment the Beer, allowing the Beer to become even drier after further fermentation. Warming in its finish, notes of oak, blackberry, vanilla, treacle and spice complete this humongous flavour profile.
